Matthew Greene Search zone photo's
On July 17, 2013, Matthew Greene, a 39 year-old high school math teacher from Pennsylvania, disappeared in the high Sierra. Without enough information on exactly where he may have gone, the Sheriff was unable to mount an official search.
Dean took on this case personally, and has spent the last 7 years searching a 370 square mile area where Matthew likely disappeared. Matthew's story is recounted in the final chapter of The Shortest Straw.
